SCHEDULE REMARKS: The CAMP CRUNCH Instructor Course™, Level 1, includes 6-hours of training and 1.5-hours of testing. The course is 1 day in length.
LEVEL 1 PREREQUISITES: Submit application packet and Interview with CAMP CRUNCH Master Instructor™, current CPR certification, and recognized Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Certification.

9:00-9:20am – What is Military Fitness? How does it work? How does it differ from other exercise styles?
9:20-9:30am – Proper Form and Safety
9:30-9:40am – Theatrical Direction
9:40-9:50am – Voice Training
9:50-10:00am – Cadence Calling
10:00-10:20am – Break on site
10:20-10:50am – START Fitness™ Exercise Session #2 (Led by START Fitness® Master Instructor, SGT KEN)
10:50-11:00am – After Action Review (AAR)
11:00am-11:20 – Partner Assisted Exercises
11:20am-11:40 – Circuit Training
11:40am-12:00pm (Noon) – Obstacle Courses and Fitness Games
