Lauren Abbate

Lauren is our Customer Care Manager.

She has years of marketing and writing experience and was an NASM certified personal trainer.  She grew up internationally and loves to travel. Hiking, fishing, canoeing, burst training and swimming are some of her favorite activities.  She loves encouraging people to reach their fitness goals!
